Street Art .Orgosolo, Sardinia (Italy). Museum VillageOrgosolo, in the heart of Sardinia, it is a fascinating open-air museum of over 150 murals, almost all, engaging direct impact and very beautiful for their expressiveness and vivid colors. The mural paintings in Orgosolo emerged by the end of the 1960’s. Nasturtium

A Nasturtium … by the color red.I like to cultivate these flowers in my terrace. They are very generous flowers and abundant blooms.  Even their round leaf is very beautiful.   “Tropaeolum majus” (garden nasturtium) is a flowering plant in the family Tropaeolaceae, originating in the Andes from Bolivia north to Colombia. It is widely cultivated, both as an ornamental plant and as a medicinal plant. All its parts are edible. Santorini : The Churches.     .     . Santorini’s churches are defined by anonymous vernacular architecture . The island has over 600 churches and chapels. These are simple, square edifices, mostly done in a sparse white. Without any particular ornamentation. Churches forman integral part of the island architecture with different typologies and influences evident. The churches and the chapels of Oia are white and blue domed in general . A very special flower that of Tricyrtis.    .    .  Tricyrtis is a genus in the lily family (Lilaceae) commonly called “toad lilies”. These perennial herbaceous plants, native to Asia, but is widely grown, are generally found in shady conditions on the edge of forests.The star-like blossoms of this species are white with rich purple spots and purple stigmas. Anemone coronaria is widely grown for its decorative flowers. There are approximately 150 species of Anemone. Another flower, another blue.A blue flower is a central symbol of inspiration. It stands for desire, love, and the metaphysical striving for the infinite and unreachable. It symbolizes hope and the beauty of things.Blue was a favourite colour of the impressionist painters, who used it not just to depict nature but to create moods, feelings and atmospheres.
