This is my blue. Amanita vaginata, commonly known as the grisette, is an edible mushroom in the Amanitaceae family of fungi.Although not poisonous, most authors advise against consumption due to the possibility of mistaking other poisonous species of Amanita for it. The Nuragic constructions were built using great blocks of stone and developed around a central cone-shaped tower that communicates strength and power. These are archaeological sites where it is possible to grasp the archaic charm of ancient rituals and domestic life.The nuraghe Arrubiu rises on a basaltic plateau in the Sarcidano plain,in the territory of Orroli, dominating the Flumendosa river. It was called “the red giant” because is the biggest nuraghe of the island and is characterised by the presence of red lichens.   #Cats have some of the most unique eyes in the animal world. Instead of having circular pupils like humans, the black parts in the centres of their eyes are vertical which can adapt quickly and can open and close like the aperture of a camera. Pupil shape and size determines how much light gets to the eyes and is then translated by the brain into a picture of the world around us. When it’s dark out, pupils expand to let in more light and enhance our vision, but when it’s bright out, our pupils get smaller to prevent overstimulation.
